What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, country, trip details and notes. We also record how you reached the website (for example, an advertising campaign or a search) and anonymous usage events to improve the service.

How we use it

To operate your booking, contact you about it, send your driver's details, and measure which channels bring real bookings. We never sell your data. Driver details are shared with you shortly before pickup; your name, phone and trip details are shared with the assigned driver.

Third parties

We may use Google Analytics, Google Maps, WhatsApp and an email provider to deliver the service. Your details are not shared with anyone else except as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us through the contact page.
