Add your flight number when you book. If your flight lands early or late, your driver adjusts — you do not need to message anyone.
Free waiting time
Up to 1 hour of waiting after landing is free. This covers immigration queues and baggage collection.
Driver details before pickup
Shortly before pickup you receive your driver's name, photo (when available), vehicle, plate number, phone/WhatsApp and pickup instructions.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when booking and we will monitor it. Up to 1 hour of waiting after landing is free.
