Good to know before you book
How and when do I pay?
There is no online payment. You confirm your booking on the website and pay the driver on the day of travel. The total you see at booking is the fixed price per vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when booking and we will monitor it. Up to 1 hour of waiting after landing is free.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Choose the vehicle that fits your group and luggage — the price does not change with the number of passengers inside the vehicle's capacity.
How will I know who my driver is?
Shortly before your pickup we send you your driver's name, photo (if available), vehicle, plate number, phone/WhatsApp and pickup instructions.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — a child seat is +$10 per trip. Select it in the booking form.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, free cancellation is available. See the cancellation policy for the exact time limit.
